Every LES WOO piece is made to order to reduce excess production and unnecessary inventory. Please allow time for your piece to be made before it ships.
Standard shipping is CA$10. Shipping is free on orders of CA$250 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Production times vary by piece. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels because pieces can be made and shipped from different locations. You will receive tracking as each parcel leaves our production network.
We do not currently offer priority or express shipping. This helps us avoid promising a delivery speed that may not be available for every made-to-order piece in a mixed order.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact customercare@leswoo.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has begun.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders crossing a border, duties, import taxes or brokerage charges may be assessed by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or if it arrives damaged, contact customercare@leswoo.ca with your order number. For visible shipping damage, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
