Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat $10 CAD. Orders of $250 CAD or more ship free.

Made to order

Most LES WOO pieces are made to order. Producing only what is requested helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and waste. Please allow time for your order to be made before it ships.

Processing and delivery

Processing times vary by product. Most orders are prepared within 5 to 10 business days, followed by transit time. Estimated timing shown at checkout is a guide and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If your order includes different types of products, the pieces may be made in different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping when an order is split.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed as each package leaves production. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after a label is created.

Express shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Made-to-order timing and separate production locations mean we cannot promise one express delivery window across every product.

Delays and questions

Carrier delays, customs processing and severe weather can affect delivery times. If an order is significantly delayed, contact hello@leswoo.ca and we will help trace it.
