LES WOO works with filmmakers through in-kind product placement, custom pieces and dedicated film collections. Use the product naturally. Let it live in the scene. The logo does not need a close-up, a compliment or a plot point.
Filmmakers can request eligible LES WOO products for use in a production. Most of our products are logo-free. Some carry the LES WOO mark, but we do not require arbitrary logo prominence, scripted praise or a carefully staged close-up. Put the object where it makes sense. Let someone wear it, carry it, use it, lose it, love it or barely notice it. We are interested in believable worlds, not commercials hiding inside films.
01 PLACE AN EXISTING PRODUCT
Request eligible pieces from the current LES WOO collection for wardrobe, props, set decoration, beauty or athletic use. The product can be integrated wherever it makes sense for the character and the story.
02 MAKE SOMETHING THE STORY NEEDS
If the right object does not exist yet, let’s talk. We can explore custom or adapted products developed around a character, scene, visual world or production need.
03 BUILD A FILM COLLECTION
For selected productions, the collaboration can continue after filming. Together, we can create a dedicated collection using products seen in the film, made for the production or inspired by its characters and visual world. An agreed share of the revenue returns to the production.
LES WOO does not require scripted product references, positive dialogue, scene approval or guaranteed screen time. We do not ask filmmakers to interrupt the story to explain what an object is or where it came from. Some products carry a visible LES WOO logo. Many do not. In either case, the product should be treated as part of the world of the film. Any practical requirements related to safety, intellectual property, prohibited resale or a particular custom collaboration will be agreed before products are supplied. Story first. Product in its proper place.
For selected productions, LES WOO can create a collection connected to the film. It might include products used on screen, pieces developed for the production, existing objects selected by the filmmakers or new products inspired by the film’s characters, locations and visual language. An agreed share of the collection’s revenue returns to the production. It can support post-production, a festival run, audience development, marketing, distribution or the next film. The structure, products, timeline and revenue share are developed with each production.
LES WOO is interested in filmmakers with a clear creative point of view and a thoughtful reason for the product to be there. You do not need a celebrity attachment or a finished distribution deal to begin a conversation. We will consider the story, the production plan, the proposed use and what a collaboration could realistically become.
Send a short description of the production, its current stage, expected filming dates and location, the products or categories being considered, how they would be used, the approximate quantity required and whether you are interested in a dedicated collection. A deck, website or visual reference is welcome. Please do not send confidential scripts unless requested. A synopsis and a few relevant pages are usually enough to begin.
